We are seeking a Visa Guidance Executive to join our team. The Visa Guidance Executive will be responsible for preparing students for embassy visa interviews, coordinating with education counselors and relevant departments to track students' progress, and ensuring a smooth transition for students from admission to visa approval.
Job Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support to students in preparing for embassy visa interviews.
Coordinate with education counselors to gather necessary information about students and track their progress from admission to visa approval.
Assist students in completing visa application forms and gathering required documentation.
Conduct mock visa interviews to prepare students for the actual interview process.
Keep up-to-date with visa requirements and procedures for various countries.
Maintain accurate records of student visa applications and approvals.
Ensure compliance with all visa regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall student experience.
Experience Requirements
At least 6 months of face-to-face student counseling experience.
Clear knowledge of the application and visa processing steps.
Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any fields.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Having an English medium background will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
