Summary:
The Business Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the C-level leaders of PFEC Global in business operations coordination, building and maintaining relationships with foreign educational institutes, report analysis, summarizing regional business performance presentations, and business communications with stakeholders. We are expecting an extrovert candidate with excellent communication, data analysis, and negotiation skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience at least.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining spontaneous communication with universities of different regions and working with the company’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to onboard more universities in different regional offices of PFEC Global with communication, documentation, and follow-up.
- Understanding the demand for courses, institutes, and destinations of different locations’ students and communicating with universities to get contracts.
- Coordinating training and knowledge-sharing sessions between Education Counselors and University representatives.
- Participate in team meetings, take notes, publish minutes, and follow up on progress. Offer suggestions/expert opinions to the concerned team for blocked items.
- Follow up, analyze, and present branch performance reports to the CEO and leadership team in periodical meetings.
- Sharing analytics, findings, and reports on a periodical basis to C-level leaders for business decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Business Graduate from reputed public/private universities with a Marketing Major
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Skill Requirements:
- Exceptional Bangla and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in G-suite, office software tools, and apps.
- Extroverted and outgoing personality, with a talent for networking and building professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
